Description
Mahogany Empire pier table with a black marble top that projects slightly over the molding; front of apron has gilded metal mounts (a mask flanked by stylized anthemions at center, and a roundel and an anthemion at each corner); top supported in front by caryatid columns with gilded capital and base and applied gilded metal mounts; the whole raised on a plain, veneered plinth.
