"ABC & Picture Blocks: The House That Jack Built" with twelve paper covered rectanugular wooden alphabet blocks in a paper covered cardboard box; each block depicts a character or object from the story of "The House that Jack Built" on the obverse, a nursery rhyme on the reverse, letters from the alphabet one one side and animals on the other; box cover lithographed with an image of a house with the people and an ox in the foreground; box cover inscribed, "A.B.C. &/ PICTURE BLOCKS/ &/ THE HOUSE/ THAT/ JACK BUILT./ McLOUGHLIN BRO'S, NEW YORK.
