Vertical rectangular paper sample card of embroidered designs in various colors of silk floss on matching colored silk swatches, with pointed sloping top and straight sides and bottom, reverse covered in blue silk; stock number framed across top, two horizontal rows of designs, each swatch numbered, and each row bordered with printed floral motif.
