Description
Cotton copper-engraved campaign kerchief from the 1848 Zachary Taylor presidential campaign; central profile portrait of Taylor surrounded by four vignettes of his successful War campaigns and four images of battlefield accoutraments: a tent, cannonballs, a cannon, and a drum; striped background, garland border; printed in sepia and tan ink on a white ground.
