Vertical rectangular paper sample card of designs embroidered in white silk floss onto various colors of silk swatches, with pointed sloping top and straight sides and bottom, reverse covered with blue silk; stock number framed across top, three horizontal rows of designs plus one single design at the bottom center, each swatch numbered and each row bordered with floral motif.
