Blue, red and white silk flag tassels; blue, red and white twisted cord folded in half and knotted at the top forming a small loop;dropped into two drapery tassels; top of the tassels is a wooden ball covered in white silk and red netting; wooden bell shape covered in red, blue and white checks; red cord wrapped around base with red, blue and white braided fringe.
