Description
White cotton and white eyelet trimmed christening gown; square neckline, gathering from CB to shoulders; triangular yoke across CF neckline; vertical shirring from yoke to empire waistline designated by attached placket with whitework embroidery in "trailing grape leaf" design at CF; attached to placket are two self-fabric ties tying at CB; short raglan sleeves; extremely long skirt; hem trimmed with scalloped whitework embroidery of "grape" design; whitework eyelet embroidered trim at neckline, yoke, sleeves, attached placket at CF waist and tie ends; pin-tucking at yoke, sleeves, tie ends and across hem; single mother-of-pearl button closure at CB neckline.
