Description
Roughly square earthenware plate with slightly serpentine sides and scalloped corners; center with green transfer-printed image of assembly meeting with standing male figure (identified as John Adams) in center of a large room with fireplace at left, two large sash windows in one wall, and high ceiling with chandelier suspended from center; flower and scroll pattern on rim.
