Rectangular gold plaque engraved along the left side and partially across the top with a scroll and vine; left corner engraved with the Peruvian seal, a shield with a llama in the upper left, a tree in the upper right and a cornucopia across the bottom, surrounded by a garland and surmounted by a wreath; inscription center right.
