Description
Porcelain plate with ribbed sides and shaped rim; border consists of blue enamelled dots between wavy gilt lines and gilt and blue bands; center enamelled with pseudo arms of New York State; figures of liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border surmounted by an eagle.
