Description
Porcelain cup with handle and saucer; both forms enamelled with wide blue and gilt wave border and secondary blue and gilt husk border; psuedo arms of New York State appears at center of saucer and opposite handle on cup; figures of liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border surmounted by an eagle.
