Wrought silver milk pot; raised helmet-shaped body with two wide shallow flutes at each end; high pouring lip and low sides low sides; body joined to a high, oval splayed foot with two broad, shallow flutes at each end; squared strap handle tapers to a point at the bottom and broadens to angled shoulders at the semi-circular joint on the upper body; bright-cut shield reserve to the right of the handle engraved, "M B" in bright-cut script; maker's marks stamped on the footring.
