Description 
Wrought silver creamer; helmet-shaped with two broad shallow concave flutes at each end, joined to an ovoid splayed foot with two broad flutes at each end; extended pouring lip; loop handle, tapered toward the bottom, applied to the body; engraved on the front center with the Clinton family crest, five standing ostrich feathers, over the initials, "A A" in script; maker's mark on the side of the base.
