Description 
Molded edge dish decorated with blue enamel and gilding; border decoration consists of a wide blue enamel band with gold stars bounded on the inside by a gold spearhead band; interior decoration consists of blue enamel gilded floral swag; shield at center with a star border, ribbons, and a leafy swag above, inscribed with initials.
