Description 
Oval platter with molded edge decorated with blue enamel and gilding; border decoration consists of wide blue enamel band with gold stars bounded below by blue dots and faded gilded spearhead band below; central decoration consists of blue enamel gilded floral swags and a shield with blue border and gold stars, ribbons, and leafy swag; initials inscribed in shield.
