Description
Memorial plaque in the form of a shield-shaped wooden board with bronze shield-breasted eagle mounted above a large rectangular bronze plate inscribed to "the men of Packard who gave their lives in World War II" and eight smaller rectangular plates with the names of individual soldiers.
