Description
Wrought silver pipe lighter; circular bowl with a band of beading applied around the rim and around the lower body; seated on a globular pedestal with three bands of beading; pedestal screwed onto a circular foot with a band of beading around the edge; two turned wooden handles at set into long, narrow cylindrical handle sockets applied to either side of the body; engraved on the base, "June 9th../ 1851." in script; no maker's marks.
