Description
Pair of wrought silver dram cups; circular bodies with straight sides curving under to the domed base; engraved below the rim of each, "May . The . Cause . of . Liberty. Ever. Unite. Us/ 1784" in script; full set of hallmarks struck on the base.

stamped: on the bases: "T L" in roman letters in a double struck oval, a lion passant in a chamfered rectangle, a crowned leopards head in a shield, date letter "i" for 1824/25.
