Description
Dress hat with dark blue wool felt crown with flat, circular top, yellow band edged with gold metallic cloth tape, and black patent leather visor with gold embroidered oak leaf and acorn sprays; embroidered front insignia consisting of a shield-breasted eagle surmounted by a banner and stars within a circular border; chin strap made of gold metallic cloth tape secured at either side by a gilded metal button embossed with insignia similar to type embroidered on front of hat.
