Description
Black beaver (textile) chapeau with rigid crown; cock and fan edged with embroidered black binding and tied together with ribbon on either side; black silk rosette with superimposed loop of gold metallic cloth tape with button embossed with an eagle clutching an anchor below an arc of thirteen stars; full crest of red ostrich feathers; gold bullion fringe at each corner; in original brown cardboard box with maker's label on exterior.
