Medium blue wool artillery officer's dress trousers with red stripe down the side of each leg; 5 button fly; belt loops around the waistband, watch pocket on the right side beneath waistband, vertical slit pockets on each side behind the stripes; 2 rear pockets with button-close flaps; waistband and pockets lined with white twill-weave linen.

These dress trousers were worn by George C. Haas (1888-1963) during World War I. Stockbroker and Civic leader, he lived in Mt. Kisco and kept an apartment on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The Society also owns other uniform items belonging to him.
