White silk Air Force dress waistcoat; the front is woven in a waffle pattern, and has long lapels which are bulbous at the bottom, 3 gold buttons at the stomach cast with the Great Seal at the center, 2 pockets at the stomach; plain weave silk back with 2 straps at the small of the back which buckle at the center to silver-colored metal double-tongued chape buckle, buckle fastened to the left strap with mother of pearl button; lapels and inside lined with plain weave white silk.
