Wooden dolls' house in rowhouse form with two floors each with one room, battery-powered electric overhead lights in each room; twenty-six pieces of living room and bed room furniture. On swivel base.

According to accession records, this dolls' house was modelled after a brownstone on East 64th Street. The house was still standing in 1982, but the top story, which housed the maid's quarters, had been eliminated. Carl Von Drihle, the maker of the doll house, was no longer alive in 1982.
