Description
Rectangular pressed sheet metal plaque with text of the Declaration of Independence in tiny raised lettering over upper three-quarters of surface; circular depression at center with view of congress embossed inside rectangular frame; signatures in intaglio on lower quarter of surface; in molded wooden frame ornamented with plaster relief and gilding.
