Description
Leather and brass waist belt; black leather with rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to slot on left; plate has stamped eagle in center with shield on breast, grasping branch in one talon, three arrows in other talon, and flanked on both sides by wreath at bottom and with rayed background and inscription inside scroll at top; stamped mark on belt near tip.
