Description 
Cast silver plated cruet stand with a rectangular base with a short apron and four flaring feet; base stamped with a flag inscribed, "HNCo" with overlapping letters; cylindrical stem screwed through the center of the base; two square frames with chain link decoration around the edges, applied on either side of the stem; oval handle with a scrolled finial; maker's marks stamped on the underside of the base.
