White paper ribbon with painted gold eagle at top under paper bow with gold printed center seal; ribbon printed in gold and red "DELEGATE/ TWENTY FOURTH/ ANNUAL/ NEW YORK STATE/ FIREMEN'S/ ASSOCIATION/ LOCKPORT, N.Y./ AUG. 18, 19, 20, 21,/ 1896"; brown wooden convex circle attached with white silk ribbon stamped with "CONVENTION" surrounded by painted gold border of fire hose crossed at bottom with helmet and axe at center.
