"The Game of Puss in the Corner" card came with 32 playing cards and an instruction booklet in a paper covered cardboard box; each polychrome lithographed card has an image of cats, mice, or rats; box cover lithographed with a cat in a window; box cover inscribed, "THE/ GAME/ OF/ PUSS/ IN THE/ CORNER/ McLOUGHLIN BROS. NEW YORK.".
