"The Game of Penny Post" board game with twenty-eight cardboard letters, a cardboard spinner with a metal arrow and a bi-fold paper covered cardboard game board in a paper covered cardboard and wood box; board chromolithographed with a grid of named streets, blocks filled with buildings, each numbered and a post office in the center; label applied to the reverse of the board inscribed, "THE GAME OF/ PENNY POST/ PUBLISHED BY/ Parker Brothers, Salem, MASS."; box cover chromolithographed with an image of a post office with a carriage in front and a medallion portrait of a postal carrier; box cover lithographed with the inscription, "THE GAME OF/ PENNY/ POST/ PUBLISHED & COPYRIGHTED BY/ PARKER BROTHERS/ SALEM, MASS., U.S.A."
