Description
White paper ribbon with pin back and folded paper "bow" at top with central gold seal; gold eagle with flag below. Printed banner in gold stamped:"DELEGATE" with "TWENTY FOURTH/ ANNUAL/ NEW YORK STATE/ FIREMEN'S (printed in red)/ ASSOCIATION/ LOCKPORT, N.Y./ AUG. 18, 19, 20, 21/ 1896"; coated wood disc at center stamped "CONVENTION" attached at top and bottom with silk ribbons tied at back; disc encircled by gold hose border crossed at bottom with images of helmet and axe.
