This cardboard box holds a tiny glass sample bottle with a metal cap. The bottle is embossed with ribs and a monogramed "CB Co." and the label reads "Curtice Brothers/ Blue Label/ Tomato Ketchup/ Curtice Brothers Co./ Rochester N.Y."
