Description
This woman's folding hand fan has a blue and green floral design highlighted in white with red borders on one side. The other side has two drawings of Asian women pushing carpet sweepers and reads in black "Use Bissell's 'Cyco' Bearing Carpet Sweeper for perfect easy sweeping". A faded white tassle is attached to the metal loop.
