This copper colored metal device has an arrow printed on the top and reads in black " 'Stick-On' Window Lock/ Made Only By 'Stick-On' Window Lock Co. N.Y.C." One side reads "Burglar-Proof, Anti-Rattler, Keeps Windows Lock While Open For Ventilation...", the other has installation directions.
