Description 
A shiny ivory colored banner attached to a wood dowel. It has a toothed machine gear printed in gold and blue that reads "Rotary International" next to a print of the 1964 World's Fair symbol the "Unisphere" globe in blue. It reads in blue "Rotary/ New York Worlds Fair/ 1964-1965" and has gold fringe at the bottom edge.
