Description
A wrist watch with a band made from a red, white and blue ribbon and on the face, a color cartoon of Uncle Sam tearing open his shirt in the manner of Superman, with the word "Vote" in red tattooed across his chest. Blue stars replace the numbers except for 9 and 12."
