Purple silk ribbon and brass badge with top rectangular pin inscribed "DELEGATE"; bottom brass badge hangs over ribbon from two brass link chains from top pin; central image of buffalo surmounted by crossed trumpets and fire helmet; inscribed "N.Y. STATE FIREMENS ASSN/ 19/ 01/ AUGUST-20 to 24."
