Description 
White printed silk satin ribbon with machine-sewn paper backin. Depicting Washington's monument encircled by stars with inscription "YOUNG MENS NATIONAL/WHIG CONVENTION/Held in BALTIMORE 4 mAY 1840"; Washington astride a rearing horse with inscription above "Washington the Father of his Country/HARRISON a Chip of the Old Block"; below two men are shaking hands outside farmhouse with wooden barrel inscribed "HARD CIDER" with inscription above "The hero of Tippecanoe, The Farmer of North Bend". Rectangular envelope of buff laid paper.
