Description
White metal struck medal, with obverse showing obelisk emitting rays of light with surrounding legend: "CENTENNIAL OF THE BATTLE OF BUNKER HILL/JUNE 17.1775/JUNE 17.1875." Reverse shows central motif with ornate initials "NG" within military belt with legend: "TO COMMEMORATE THE VISIT OF THE/7TH Regt.Nat.Guard/State of N.Y./TO BOSTON JUNE 17.1875." Hole at upper center of edge.
