Bronze struck medal with obverse depicting stylized nude male figure flanked by vertically inscribed "RESEARCH" and "INDUSTRY", with dated below "1833 1933." Reverse has map of fairgrounds surrounded by legend: "A CENTURY OF PROGRESS INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION CHICAGO 1933."
