Description
Bronze cast medal with obverse showing idealized female head facing right, crowned with laurel wreath, within beaded border. Reverse depicts allegorical nude male figure facing left, pouring water from elongated vase resting on his shoulder; inscritpion: "TO COMMEMORATE THE COMPLETION/OF THE CATSKILL AQUEDUCT/AN ACHIEVEMENT OF CIVIC SPIRIT/SCIENTIFIC GENIUS AND FAITHFUL LABOR/1905 NEW YORK 1917." Square cardboard case bottom.
