Bronze struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Woodrow Wilson facing three quarters to the left; with torch at left labelled "LIBERTY" and fasces at right labelled "DROIT"; insription beneath portrait: "WILSON"; all surrounded by border of stars with eagle below, at center. Reverse depicts three classically clad female figures symbolizing WWI allied forces; cannon and building of Notre Dame de Paris in background; in exergue: "Le Droit est plus precieux que/la Paix....Nous nous battons/pour la Liberte."
