Description
Brass struck medal with obverse bearing seal of the city of Lachine with maple leaf at center; surrounding legend: "UNION PROGRES/CITE DE LACHINE." Reverse bears inscription: "1848/CENTENAIRE/MUNICIPAL/CENTENARY/1948." Medal is inset into square cream-colored cardboard fitted case with white textile interior.
