White woven silk ribbon with image of buffalo with date "1892" and inscription "FIFTH ANNUAL/CONVENTION/OF THE/NATIONAL/REPUBLICAN LEAGUE/BUFFALO,/N. Y./SEPTEMBER 15./DELEGATE"; American flag in the shape of bow couched to ribbon by piece of gilt metallic bullion; beneath is piece of cellulosic plastic with printed portrait of Benjamin Harrison sewn onto ribbon at four corners.
