Red, white, and blue woven silk satin ribbon with rectangular piece of cellulosic plastic with printed portrait of Harrison sewn at four corners, American flag in the shape of bow with stripe of gilt metallic bullion at center attached above; image of buffalo with date "1892" inscription printed in gold: "FIFTH ANNUAL/CONVENTION/OF THE/NATIONAL/REPUBLICAN LEAGUE/BUFFALO/N.Y./SEPTEMBER 15./EX-OFFICIO DELEGATE."
