Polychrome silk jacquard-woven banner with depicting shoulder-length portrait of Abraham Lincoln surrounded by floral wreath with eagle holding stars and stripes shield in its talons and banderole inscribed "UNION FOR EVER" in its beak; inscription below: "A.Lincoln./President."
