Brass die-struck campaign medal with obverse depicting uniformed bust of W. H. Harrison facing left and surrounded by legend: "MAJ. GEN. W. H. HARRISON/BORN FEB 9 1773"; reverse with log cabin with American flag on the roof; legend above: "THE PEOPLES CHOICE"; inscription in exergue:"THE HERO/OF/TIPPECANOE"; yellow silk ribbon drawn through hole punched at top center.
