Red wool U.S. Regimental flag with a white rectangle in the center; white cotton lettering across top and bottom, "GRADUATES/ OF THE/ 7TH REGIMENT"; in the center blue stars form the number "3430" over the number "350" in gold stars; white cotton hoist with metal grommets at each end.
