About Reading Into History: A book club for young historians

Looking for good summer reading? Want to meet your favorite authors and hear about their creative process? Want to learn about New York City history in a new way? Reading into History is a book club for young historians.

Each month families read a historical fiction or non fiction book featured on our Young Historians blog. Throughout the month, the blog will feature posts about the book including author interviews and ideas for fun activities to do at home. At the end of each month families can attend a Book Wrap event, where they will share reactions to the book, see cool museum objects and documents related to the story, and meet other young historians! Ages 9 and up. E-mail familyprograms@nyhistory.org for more information.
