Plaza Hotel doorknob.
Gift of Lou and Barbara Grumet
When the Plaza Hotel was remodeled into apartments, many of the original artifacts were sold, including the brass door handles with Plaza insignia.
Vancouver yacht maker and cane carver Ivan Wilson was commissioned to create a cane using the door knob as the handle.
