Reverse depicts two-storey building with flag on the roof, at center, surrounded by legend: "TO COMMEMORATE THE SESQUI-CENTENNIAL OF THE FOUNDING OF THE/GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AT KINGSTON NY"; date in exergue: "JULY 30/1777 - 1927."
